My approach
With over 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal health, I am passionate about helping people recover from injury, improve movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
As a registered member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT), I began my career at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa, working with athletes and individuals experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I later specialised in workplace injury rehabilitation, helping people with persistent back, neck and upper limb problems while developing a deep understanding of the factors that influence recovery.
Following the completion of an MSc in Health Ergonomics, I spent two decades helping organisations prevent and manage work-related musculoskeletal disorders. More recently, I completed further postgraduate study at St Mary's University, London, ensuring my clinical practice remains aligned with current evidence and best practice in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
I believe successful rehabilitation involves more than simply treating symptoms. Every individual is different, and understanding the factors that have contributed to an injury is often the key to achieving lasting results.
My aim is to provide a welcoming, supportive and professional environment where people feel comfortable discussing their concerns and confident in their recovery plan. Through thorough assessment, personalised rehabilitation programmes and, where appropriate, ergonomic advice, I help clients reduce pain, improve function and minimise the risk of future injury.
Whether your goal is returning to work, sport, exercise or everyday activities, I am committed to helping you move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two adult children and making the most of family life.
